Route Notes May 9 left C3 at 03:00 hours NST except Loew (she was feeling very cold and no motivation for summit). Five members and two Sherpas summited at 08:30 hours (Bucher). Two members were ahead of Bucher and the rest behind him by about 10 minutes, stayed at summit about 10 minutes due to wounded upper lip of Bucher. Weather was clear but windy. While summiting behind Bucher team were DAV team, Olaf couple, and other climbers. On that day there were about 20 climbers summited. Stone fell down on Bucher while he was climbing on yellow band. Member Ducret slept at C1 on May 5 and went down to ABC next day; no motivation to climb further. Member Eiterer left ABC on May 13 for KTM and may have left the country on 15th.
