| Route Notes | Tried for top from C2 on 27th with Sherpa but when got above C2 Milne decided not to keep on going up, so returned to C2 (would take another 6-8 hours to top). Wanted to try for top from C3 but on 27th Pemba Rinzi Sherpa got serious altitude sickness, so down on 28th to ABC. Returned C1 on 1st Oct, but forecast was for strong wind for 2nd, 3rd and 4th for 100 km/h wind; Milne to 6600m on 1st and Sherpa to C2 to clear gear and take down to ABC and climb finished.
