| Route Notes | ABC at higher than many others in others. Giesseler pulmonary edema in C3 12 May and Laemmle brought him to C2 at midnight (left C3 at 10:00 pm). 1:00 am on 13th Laemmle up to C3 again and on to top with skis and on top later than others and skied down from 2:00 pm at highest point to 7800m where rock intervened again from 7600m to serac at 6800m, from 6750m to about 6000m where snow stops; broke descent to pack up C3 and carry 25 kg load and again at C2 where stayed night of 13 May with other summiters on C2. |
