| Route Notes | High point near big serac. Tried 3 times to get to C2 but 160 km hour winds and those others team tent at C2 blown away and at C1 many tents broken by winds. Temp -30 degrees Centrigrade at night outside and -15 degrees in tents. Main problem was wind, but snow conditions good. Highest point was near seracs at 6800m on 1 May, 3 May, 7th May by all 4 members (including leader) and Pasang Phutar. 2 bids from and to C1. 3rd time decided no time left to continue efforts and down to C1 and ABC in 7th May. |
