Route Notes BC at 4950m CBC. Interim Camp 14th at 5350m. Oct 02: Briongos and Llopis Cano left C2 at 01:00 Chinese Time. Briongos summit at 10:30 (08:15 NST), stayed about 30 minutes, returned to C2 at 14:30. The days was cold but clear, saw Everest. On the summit two, oxygen bottles to which prayer flags were tied. Before him were Carlos (Spanish) and two Sherpas with Japanese women and Edurne with her were Catalan expedition members. Llopis Cano had to return from 7400m. He started feeling bad in his toes. Oct 05: Sanz started from C2 at 02:30, summit at 12:00 (09:45 NST). Stayed on summit about 15 minutes. It was very cold. Back to C2 at 16:00. Clear weather saw Everest nice view. After him were Spanish paragliders. Before him were people from Canary Island with Spanish and some Sherpas, about 10 people on summit. The expedition arrived KTM on 0ct 8 and will leave on the 10th, Sanz leaving on 11th. Otamendi Pastor had knee problem - did not try summit.
