| Route Notes | ABC with other teams. 23rd afternoon, at C3 offered Stangl space in his tent. Woke up 11 pm and 12:30 started up together. On top at 7:00 am NST in fantastic weather - 10m lower met Schmidt going up. Chiantore had no Sherpa, no oxygen (does not approve of oxygen; if one can't go higher without it, go down). Left ABC 29th to BC and same day to Tingri. |
