Route Notes Annapurna South - 22 Aug 75 All members now in KTM to Pokhara 28? Aug by bus and truck. Leave Pokahra 2 days later and arrive BC 10th Sept at 4200m. 4 high camps with C4 at 6700m between North Main Peak and North Peak of Annapurna so route a new route via a North Main Peak and thence left (southwards) to N Ridge, or possibly N Face. Annapurna South has 3 peaks: 1. 7219m to S of other 2 2. Central Peak 7150m 3. N Peak 7080m perhaps Plus 6670m Main North Peak 1964 route was up face between North Peak and Central Peak and scaled Central and Main Peak. Present Expedition Plan: Up face to minor route peak and thence so only to virgin N Peak. Will not attempt traverse.
