| Route Notes | Butson and Clark reached C3 on 15 May. Waited there for the improvement of snow conditions till 17 May. But every day there was snowfall, chest deep. There was risk of avalanche. They left C3 on 17 May at 6:15 am for BC. Butson and Clark skied down between C2 to C1 and to BC. Clarke climbed up to C2 on 8 May and went down to BC. Clarke said that was enough for him. Pepper never went above BC and left expedition on 7 May because she had to go for trek and did not want to go up. The team returned Kathmandu on 26 May. |
