Route Notes BC at Dingboche village ABC under West Face of North Ridge on east moraine of Duwo Glacier High point at 300m up on NW Face. 1:00 am of 31st Oct Halilovic, Kosir and Mauri left ABC to climb Japanese route of NW Face but found rock was polished covered by thin ice. Halilovic returned at 5200m sick; climb finished because windy and surface condition not good and no sun on North Face. Kosin especially good ice climber.
Accidents Kecman altitude sickness; Halilovic flu infection and altitude
