Route Notes BC near lake at 5087m on National Geographic map C1 at NE Ridge High point at NE Ridge. Lot of snow to 6200m and dangerous avalanches; got to 5600m on 21 Sept and then snowed daily for several days. On the East Ridge sharp knife-edge, but Kobler would like to try it again. Never intended to make C2. Climbed above C1 for three days more and reached high point of 6200m on 4th with 6 members and then stopped because of bad and dangerous snow conditions.
