Route Notes Report from Silvestro Franchini: Franchini reached summit in one go from BC. He left BC at 3 am on 4 May and reached the summit at 11 am. He stayed on summit for about 10 minutes and back to BC at 6 pm. At the time of summit, weather was good with little cloud and while descending there was little storm. On 3 May Franchini and Monfaroini went up close to C1 and back to BC. They trekked back to Namche, then went to Gokyo, Kalapattar before heading towards Lukla. Franchini and Monfaroini were Monterosa clients on the Snowy Horizon permit. Dean, Muskett and O'Connell (a single team) were Monterosa clients on the Snowy Horizon permit.
