Route Notes Summit team set from C2 at 1 am and summited at 7:32 am. Sergi Mingote - 12 Nov 2017 Fantastic meteorological conditions, without wind, many cold. Kipa And I went together with some Russians (I think) the first ones at the top. My promocions was fast, 7 hours 30 minutes from camp 2. I spent more than 50 minutes waiting for my companions: Jose Alvarez arrived 8:25 am and Jesus Benavides later (we crossed it down). Jose Alvarez was not well; and with height problems I had stay in camp 3. I stayed taking care of the program and the rescue. Jesus low to camp 2 in 5 hours. Jose suffered vomiting, and frostbite on the feet. The rescue helicopter descended us to the BC on day 5.
Accidents Jose Alvarez during the descent suffered frostbite and pulmonary edema.
