Route Notes BC 07/11 4700m C1 09/11 5600m C2 10/11 6100m Smt 11/11 by Steinberg and Phurba Namgyal Sherpa at 7:30 am. Summit team left C2 at 00:30 am. Weather was clear, but windy. They spent about 15 minutes on the summit and descended to C2, where they arrived at 2 pm. On 12 Nov to BC. Wolfgang and Max Pohl reached base camp on 7 Nov. They spent two nights at BC, but as Max Pohl had contracted salmonella prior to arriving at BC, Wolfgang (his father) and he left BC on 9 Nov. Steinberg left BC on 13 Nov.
