| Route Notes | Cohrs couple, Joshi, Kikuchi, Eketoft, Lhakpa, Satish and Jangbu left C3 at 6:15 am. The team reached summit at 11:20 am. They stayed on summit about an hour. All descended to C3 at 3 pm, slept there. Next day went down to BC. Ahead of the Joshi team there were 4 Japanese (Cosmo) on the summit. There was not any other climbers on the summit on that day. The weather on summit day was perfect: no wind, good view. The team returned to Kathmandu on 9 Nov and left on 11 Nov. Fixed rope: 200m changed below C3. Sherpas: Jangbu Sherpa, 20/7/87 (4/4/2044), Sisuwakhola-9, Sankhuwasabha (Lhakpa's nephew) Summit Joshi - December 2010 Jones was sick and did not climb above C1 |
