Route Notes The team summited directly from C1 and they never slept in C2 or C3. After having spent one night at C1 on 22nd October, they descended to BC, stayed there one night and went back to C1 on 24 October. For their summit push, they left C1 at 3 am on 25th October. The weather was calm and clear; however, the snow conditions where a bit tricky: very loose snow. They used the fixed ropes put up by the Amical team, but did not fix any ropes themselves. The climb was straightforward, no complications. They reached the summit at 1 pm, stayed for about 20 minutes. Very good views! They descended to C1, where they arrived at 7:30 pm. On 26th October they descended to BC, where they stayed for two more nights. They left BC on 28th October and arrived back in Kathmandu on 1st November. Kohler left for Germany on 3rd November and Berktold went to Island Peak with a group on 3rd Novemeber. The team did not use oxygen and did not have any Sherpas with them. No injuries.
