| Route Notes | The team first climbed Island Peak. De Waard, Szymiec, Tyler and Siddhi Bahadur Tamang reached the summit on 27 October. On Ama Dablam their summit bid was made from C2 at 2:00 am on 4 November by De Waard, Takahashi, Pemba Rinzin and Siddhi Bahadur. All went to the summit; De Waard and Siddhi Bahadur at 10:00 am, Takahashi and Pemba Rinjin at 10:35 am. They were back in C2 at about 4:00 pm and in BC the next day. Non-summit members on Ama Dablam: Szymiec slipped while climbing to C2 on 3 November and bruised his chest. He returned to BC that day and remained there. Tyler reached C2 on the 3rd, but his chest infection sent him to BC that day; he left BC on the 5th to go to Namche, where he recovered and was able to join Group II.
