| Route Notes | Hochreiter went up to 6350m from C2 to see the possibility of putting a tent, but due to soft snow conditions it was not possible to put tent on soft snow with the unstable condition of the snow. Then Hochreiter descended to C2, and from C2 to BC with Riesenhuber and Seidl. Egger and Gratz climbed up to 6300m on 14 Oct. All descended to BC same day. The team returned to Kathmandu on 18 Oct and will leave on 20 Oct. Fixed rope: 750m between C1-> C2 |
