| Route Notes | 3 members and Sherpa went to C2 on 29 April and put tent there and down to C1 as part of acclimatization. 7 May same party again to C2 site to bring down gear only; too much snow on route and weather not favourable: everyday for 20 days snowfall began at 11:00 am. 6 May slept in C1 with plans to go to C2 on 7th if good weather; if not good weather, then to abandon climb; on 7 May up from C1 to bring down gear.
