Route Notes First summit party all reached summit on 1 Nov. Left C3 at 8:00 am, on top at 10:45-1:00 pm, returned to C3 at various times. Second party all left C3 on Nov 3 at 9:00 am, on top at 1:00 pm and back to C3 for the night despite 30-40 mph wind and lots of spindrift. Third party of Kuppusamy and Parsu Ram "Tshering" Rai left for top from C2 at 3:30 am on 5 Nov, turned around at 6600m at 1:30 pm in whiteout and Kuppusamy weak from stomach problem day before; returned to C2. Wong got nasal problem, trouble breathing, got to ABC site only and left expedition 29 Oct.
