| Route Notes | 18th Oct left C2 6:00 am, on top 10:00 am. Einwaller to BC and Wofer to C1 that night; all in BC 19th (according to Hofer very hurriedly by telephone in KTM). According to trekking agent, whose information comes from Hofer and Pemba Dorje, Einwaller's ascent was 20th Oct ascent; all down to base camp 20th, from where helicopter on 21 Oct brought them to KTM so they could fly home from KTM same night. Einwaller was delayed in his ascent because he had come down to KTM on 9th Oct to consult a doctor about a lung problem was told he could return to the mountain and left KTM on 12th Oct to resume his climb.
